Synortec Multi Color does provide consultation service for the customer, whether it is regarding reaching the desired outcomes of product by using Tekative, improving efficiency and quality of factory related aspects or to concuct a tailor-made Tekative mixture for specific customer.

PT. Synortec Multi Color has also an established partnership with the company: PT. Terang Tata Sakti, which is both a distributor and importer of industrial dyestuff colorants and textile auxiliaries.

The department of field testing also supports the traditional methods of batik printing, such as Batik Colet. A group of batik craftsmen and artisans are employed with the purpose of testing and producing new magnificent motifs and batik-printed fabrics.
